For more than 15 years, and the studying of tens of thousands of consumers later, we continue to use the information regarding how consumers express their needs, desires and wants to better equip our clients to make strategic decisions to grow their brands.

RESEARCH APPROACHES

Traditional research approaches remain important, but over the years we have had some key learnings. Consumers will always tell you what they think they do or what they think you need to hear. Surveys and focus groups are still key to exploring behaviour, but the agency also focuses on other methods to develop the type of understanding we require.
